Restore Your Postpartum Body and Pelvic Floor with Chantal Traub, Certified Yoga Teach and Certified Mutu System Pro. This movement-based workshop will focus on postpartum safe exercises in order to work on your core and pelvic floor healing journey. In addition you will learn some things you might be doing that may be causing further damage to your core. We’ll discuss difficult postpartum body topics like Diastasis Recti, incontinence, postpartum fitness and more. Optional prenatal yoga (12pm – 1pm)
